I met Nicki in the spring of 2023. I had moved house and started to experience awful symptoms of an infection in my body after unknowingly being exposed to black mold. Combined with a horrendous amount of stress in my personal life I was falling to pieces. This showed itself by way of the skin on my face. I was suffering terribly and Nicki made me feel there was hope and stopped at nothing to figure out with me what was going on. We bonded over life experiences and I’m so happy to be able to call her a friend today as well as my amazing skin therapist.

She has always gone above and beyond. After many wrong diagnoses at the doctor, failed attempts with antibiotics, we carried on treating my face with different non invasive procedures and the right products for me. She made treatments accessible for me and always fit me in especially if I was in need and on even on a whim. There is nothing this woman won’t do to help she is an absolute earth angel. She came in one day and had found the answer after taking the time to research at home on what was happening to my skin and she was spot on with her diagnoses. This in turn actually helped with my GP in getting the correct blood tests done and the right medication. With further bespoke treatments, I am finally on the other side of what I thought would never end. It was destroying me.

She has helped me repair not only my skin barrier but my confidence. I cannot thank her enough. I’m still in as often as I can to have a treatment which always results in us having a laugh, but truth be told she’s been like my actual therapist through many tears whilst going through it all. I cannot recommend her enough or think of any accolade this woman doesn’t deserve. Expertise and passion combined. Amazing!! Forever grateful.
